Family hotel, very pleasant and clean. Lovely pool with a pleasant courtyard. The hotel staff was always attentive and tried to help. Convenient location.

Quiet place with very nice environment. We arrived late and they suggested us an amazing pizzeria (delicious and cheap) to have dinner (A cavallo). This hotel is one of the cheapest ones in the area.

The breakfast was a little bit limited.

The Hotel Fiorella provided excellent service. The room, dining room and swimming pool were clean and a good level of service was provided. Even though the staff did not speak very good English they were still able to provide a high level of service, nothing was too much for them

Hi, Fiorella and staff were very kind. We recommend the hotel by all means. It is not a regular type of hotel. Do not let the first impression to confuse you, the hotel is clean, family style, The breakfast is rich and the dinner is excellent . We strongly reccomend it. Timor family Rina & Asaf, Israel.

We enjoyed the location, the staff, food and pool...... In a quiter area than many of the surronding hotels but was just as easy to get to all the attractions. Just a very enjoyable stay.

Very nice place to stay, especially when you have a transport, any kind - from a bike to a car. Except some distance from the local centre, everything is okay. And the food in the hotel restaurant is as tasty as everywhere around.

The hotel is rather far from Sirmione. In the town itself the public transport is hard to find, and the 2 nearest railway stations are 7 km away each. And be ready to stone and earth lake shores with no beaches at all.

The staff was really frienfly and helpful. Very clean and pleasant place a bit far awsy from the castle of Sirmione, but there were free bycicles in the hotel and we reached the historical center just for 10 min.

It was a friendly hotel and convenient or Lonato where we needed to be for our wheelchair fencing visits. It was also convenient for going round lake Garda either by boat or car.

спасибо любе - русскоговорящий персонал. просто супер, доброжелательное отношение, помогут и с билетами и с выбором, куда и когда пойти. были термальные ванные рукой подать, жаль что были всего 2 дня. если выбирать отдых на озере – это идеальный отель по сервису\цене. а под конец владельцы подвезли к автобусной остановке. добираться на автобусе из вероны или брешии очень легко. к отелю выходить на остановке возле карабинеров, это чуть дальше проулка к отелю если ехать в верону.

отель находиться на удалении от озера (1час ходьбы) но парням путешественникам это не помеха. можно скоротать на автобусе за 1евро. но зато близко к спа\термальным ваннам. до пляжа в 2 раза ближе, чем к городу.
